Showing up at 6:45 a.m. to send your baby off to surgery was not exactly great, but when the nurse pulled out the very cute little hospital gown and blue socks it somehow got a little better.
Seriously, how cute is that little gown?!?! Obviously it didn't make Garrett feel any better about being there!
Everything went really well and the surgeon was able to fix both sides with the hernias. We had to stay just one night for oxygen level observation but thankfully there were no breathing problems! Garrett is a little sore but doing well and getting back to his sweet, happy little self.

What a hard thing to have to do! But, I agree, that hospital gown and little socks are adorable!! I'm glad everything went well for him.
I need more updates! I had no idea he was going in for surgery! He did look adorable however. Looks like he is getting so big. Wish I could hold the little guy.
OH poor little Garrett. But your right the gown and socks are so stinkin cute! I am glad that it went well.
