Happy Halloween!

Halloween was so much fun this year! We started off with a trip to Grandma and Grandpa Braithwaites on Friday night. Taya couldn't wait to show off her costume to them and the puppies, Buddy and Daisy. She made out with a ton of candy and a very cute

little prize.

Saturday night I dressed up with Taya, she walked around saying "mommy is a witch-e-poo". She loved her costume and had a blast trick-or-treating with her cousins on both sides of the family. We got to spend the sunny warm afternoon with the Morgan side doing a little trick-or-treating in my parents neighborhood. It was fun to take Taya to see the people I spent years getting candy from growing up. The kids had a lot of fun being together and Grandpa Morgan even came along (against doctors and Grandma's orders)!

Then we spent a little time in our neighborhood. The Duffins came a long to do a little trick-or-treating with us. The kids had fun, even though it was a little chilly by the time we were finished. What a great night with the family.

Taya really liked all the candy. Next year we will monitor the candy intake a little more. When the sugar rush kicked in, Taya decided 11p.m. was a good bed time! It's a good thing we had an extra hour before church!
